The room exceeded our expectations, it was close to the city center, and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. Alessandro, the owner, made us feel right at home and gave us amazing recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. The breakfast was delicious and the apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

stayed at annare in florence before and it was amazing but this time it was even better! the room was spacious and modern, bed was so comfy, and we couldn't hear any noise from the street. the host was a real lifesaver with parking and gave us great recommendations. coffee was delicious!

There really wasn't anything to dislike about my stay at this hotel. If I had to think of one minor thing, it would be that the towels were a bit worn off.
